Payoff Requests

To request a loan payoff statement, please send us a secure email with your payoff request form.  This is done as follows:

1) Click Here to launch our secure email system

2) Login to the secure email system using one of the following methods

            a) if you have a Google or Microsoft account, click the appropriate link to login with that information

            b) if you have registered in the past, login with the email address and password your registered with

            c) if you are new to our site and do not have a Google or Microsoft account to login with, click “Register” to setup a new account

3) After Logging in, you will be taken to the email screen.  Click the “Compose” tab at the top

4) Click “Select Recipient” and select “Payoff Requests” as your recipient

5) Attach your payoff request form and click Send

One of our payoff specialists will respond to your request per the instructions on your form
