Yes, you can deposit cash at any of our bank locations or select ATM locations. Use our ATM locator to search for Deposit Taking ATMs by selecting “Search Options” and selecting only “Deposit-Taking ATM’s”

You can access your account, make payments, or move your money with online banking through our website or through the Waterman Mobile app. You can also:

Yes, if you requested and signed for a debit card or checks your debit card will arrive by U.S. Mail in approximately 14 business days. Your initial check order will arrive in approximately 21 days after your account is opened and the order is placed. Please call us at 815-264-3201 if you do not receive your debit cards or checks or if you have any questions.

You can manage your money through online banking through the Waterman Bank Mobile app or through our website. You may also visit one of our branches if that is more convenient for you. Keep in mind that you’ll have access to 37,000 surcharge free ATM locations nationwide.

No. A $50.00 minimum deposit is required to open a Waterman checking account 

Waterman checking account requires you to sign up for electronic statements. If you opt out or request to switch to paper statements, a $3.00 monthly paper statement fee will be charged.
